It is a very simple lasagna recipe, but as i always say, simplicity is indeed what makes italian cuisine so wonderful. Maybe in the making of the noodles but not in the sauce. Just for personal preference, i'd give it 4 stars because i don't care for the cottage cheese/egg layer, and leave that out. Some like to use cottage cheese, but i prefer the taste of ricotta.
